About Me
Dr. Rosy Jan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science at the University of Kashmir. She earned her Ph.D. in 2023, with research at the cutting edge of information science and scholarly communication.
Her work focuses on the responsible use of AI in academic writing, research integrity, predatory publishing, and retraction analysis — areas that are increasingly vital in today's rapidly evolving research landscape.
Dr. Jan has received prestigious recognition for her contributions, including the Best Paper Award at ICAL and the Best Poster Award at ICDL. She serves as an editor, peer reviewer, and active member of leading professional bodies including ASIS&T and IATLIS.
